1) Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
The ceremony and reception will take place at the grounds of the Radisson Tsinandali Collection hotel.
Tsinandali is located in Kakheti region of Georgia and is about 2 hours driving distance from the Tbilisi airport.
The ceremony will take place at the Tsinandali gardens (can be accessed on foot from the hotel), while the reception will continue at the hotel’s vineyards. After the cocktail hour, the guests will be transported to the vineyards by golf carts, the transfer will take about 3-4 minutes (golf carts will be arranged).
2) When is the best time to arrive to Tsinandali?
We recommend arriving to Tsinandali the day before, or on the day of the wedding ceremony, which will take place on 31 August. If you are arriving from Australia straight to Georgia, we recommend flying in no later than 29 August to adjust to local time. Please be mindful of the hotel check-in times and please be ready no later than 15.00 hours on the day.
3) Will there be a shuttle to the venue?
We will be organizing a shuttle bus to our wedding venue from the Tbilisi airport on 29 August 2026. Timing of the shuttle will be adjusted to arrival time of the guests flying in on the day. Our wedding planning team can organize a second shuttle (on 29 or 30 August) depending on demand, so please kindly indicate if you require transportation in your RSVP. 4) Are kids welcome?
We love your little ones but we will not be including them in our reception or ceremony. Kids are welcome at the recovery.
5) Is there parking?
There is a large parking space at the wedding revenue. Any taxis need to be booked in advance if you are staying outside of the wedding venue. Please note for best availability and certainty it is advisable that our wedding planning team organizes your transfer in advance.

7) What is the dress code?
The dress code will be black tie and we encourage colours for the ladies. We have a pinterest board available:
8) What will the weather be like?
Please note Georgia enjoys hot summers and the expected weather on the day is ca. 32 degrees Celsius. Due to different humidity levels Tsinandali 32C is roughly equivalent to London 27C. Noting of the dress code please be weather-informed in your attire.
